Which Naruto character is this?

I bought my friend a Naruto plushie for christmas (she being a big fan), but, knowing virtually nothing about the show, I have no idea which character it is. I've tried searching on the internets, but all my attempts have turned up nil.

Can someone identify him for me?

    Some random ANBU guy I'd guess from the mask.

    That would be a young Kakashi, judging by the sharingan and the face-mask.

    Looks like Kakashi in an alternate uniform (probably ANBU). Note the one Sharingan.

    Image is blocked, but if it's an ANBU mask, it might be Kakashi.
