I recently purchased 2 Magellan Maestro's from buy.com for super-cheap (refurbished, but still really super cheap). Problem being, once they arrived I couldn't attach them to the mount. After doing some inspecting online, it looks like they sent me the wrong mount.
Now, I sent off an email to buy.com (which sucks that they don't have a phone number to call) but has anyone dealt with them and are they going to shaft me on this?

As long as you get to them fast enough (within 14 days after they shipped it, not when you receive it) it should work out for you.
