I have added the new map of delve to the OP, and a link to the sov changes in delve the last 21 days, and changed the stations to reflect updates as far as empire places for application.

Can you also add a bit about the whole "you need a legit PA account or a current member to sponsor you" thing, and also update who they should bug about getting approved
First question! Would it be more efficient to redownload the client (EVE_Premium_Setup_75883.exe) or use the one I apparently still have sitting around (EVE_Premium_Setup_45943.exe)?
I'm guessing install my current one and patch would be more effective, but I'd like to make sure.
Man, I hope I still have the remnants of the old install directory... Does it save system settings? I do NOT want to have to set up tabs a shit again (I can't really remember how to!)

Remember the compliments you receive, forget the insults; if you succeed in doing this, tell me how.
I've no clue what to do, I've forgotten everything, oh god...
Should I make a run out towards Delve before or after acceptance? Probably gonna spend the next while putting up my handful of cruisers, industrials, frigates etc on sale. Damn, I've got a clone with a full suite of Standard Implants (cept CHA, lol), how the hell am I gonna get that to delve in one piece... Suppose I could just leave it in high-sec and take my lesser clone or one of my two blank jump clones...

Wait till after you're accepted, or the goons will kill you on sight.
Your latter plan for the Jump Clone is a good one. Don't move the +4's into Delve, keep them at a nice safe empire station with skillbooks, and never ever leave it.Because of wardecs, you can get killed in a 1.0 system with those +4's at no penalty, and it happens.
If you have valuable modules or something, I think there are occasionally official hauling ops from somewhere in empire you could tag along with to get your things to us.
Anyone notice how some things (mattresses and the copy machines in Highrise) are totally impenetrable? A steel wall, yeah that makes sense, but bullets should obliterate copy machines.
I don't know about you, but I always buy a bullet proof printer. Its a lot more expensive, but I think the advantages are apparent.

Also figured. Such a waste that I'll almost probobly never use it again. I take it most people out in Delve don't use very good implants since you're so likely to die?

The majority of my assets are 3-4 cruisers, a single Battlecruiser, 3 industrial haulers, 4-5 Destroyers, a dozen plus frigates and one mining barge. Oh, and a whole lot of random parts, ammo and other stuff. Most of it concentrated in one general area, but some of it spread out, bleh.
Think I'll probably sell/scrap most everything, toss the barge in my largest hauler along with some other stuff and try to make the run. Or maybe just say screw it all and make the run in a shuttle or something.
Is there a central rally point for these hauling ops I could dump some things at for "some day"?
[edit] Whoa, since when could you toss packaged ships inside cargo containers? Or did I simply forget this?

Well, I resubbed last night, not that anyone is likely to remember me.
I haven't logged into my MERCHI guy yet and I'm still in Epros. Is that our territory still or am I going to be immediately violated by a bunch of people I've never heard of before that took it over?

It's currently owned by AAA, who will gladly try to kill you if you undock.
that being said, if you have a jump clone anywhere you could jump clone out. we'll be back.
Oh good,my stuff is safe.
Mine too. Not that I've resubbed or anything but I feel I'm going to at some point, and when I do it'd be nice knowing that eventually I can reclaim all my stuff.

the best in the game.
You can rat the 1m+ isk BSes in frigates...you sneeze on them and they literally just die.

Nice, that will just make keeping the belts clear that much more profitable.
Edit: Heading down to apply after the patch drops. Too bad my old character is still in E-Pros, but he didn't have many SP, so no biggie
Double Edit: In game name is Zaarus
other than the post to the goon wiki - are there any other character creation tutorials worth reading out there?
I am specifically searching for character creation articles geared toward preparing one for piloting recon ships.
Character creation is drastically different as of last night. New characters now start with only 50k skill points, but train twice as quickly until 1.6m.
Your best bet is probably to download the latest build of EVEMon, make a skill plan with everything you want your recon pilot to have, find the optimal attributes and go from there.

I want what makes a good recon pilot. I suppose this may have to be a trial by error.

I think the best way to get started on a skill plan is to look up the recon ship you're trying to fly. If you plug all the required skills to fly that into Evemon's skill planner it'll tell you any skills that are needed to train the ship specific skills, as well as what learning skills to focus on.
Also, not sure if this is still relevant, but this is a link that will show you all the "core" ship skills to train up: http://www.kylania.com/eve/skills.php

Perhaps you should tell me who your old character was, because with a brand new PA account and a brand new Eve character and no sponsor you're sure not getting in. ^_______________________^

This was my old PA account, I misspelled the name so I made a new one. The old char was either Shukaro or Shukaro Zan. I'm just creating a new EVE account because I thought it would be better to start from scratch and do it right this time.
Edit: I could send an evemail to you as well
Double Edit: The old account is not active anymore, so scratch that
Triple Edit: It seems that I deleted said character, and started a new one named Orakuhs
Anyway, I'll just drop an application in referencing this forum account instead of my new one in the morning
Hai gais I made a PA account like someone elses pa account, and have a new toon with a close name to the old toon, but I swear I am actually him! oh the other account dosent exist anymore, but I am really him! I am really him! I am really Him! I am really Him! I can apply and get in right?
I keep getting pod killed, and I have upwards of 7m SP. Re-cloning is starting to get expensive.
Make an overview setting that contains only planets. Name it "Pod saver" or something.
The second your realize your're going down, switch to this setting, pick a planet and start clicking on the warp button in the top right like mad. When your ship pops your pod will hopefully start to warp almost immediately. Its very difficult to catch a pod that knows what it's doing.

god there was part 7 or 8 of 10 of this first military starting mission sequence that ended up being incredibly annoying.
armed with an antimatter gattling gun, i went up against a bunch of pirates with rockets. I have a shield regen ability that allowed me to hold out from damage indefinitely... but there was one particular pirate ship that I would miss about 85% of the time, even though I have motion projection (i think is what it's called) trained.
I started on this one, realized i was missing, and proceeded to kill EVERY OTHER pirate ship in the region... must have been like 9 others.
I go back to this guy.... miss miss miss miss miss miss hit miss miss miss.... and he just shield regens by the time my next hit gets in...
wtf... i am orbiting at my weapon's optimal distance and everything, and there was nothing special about this pirate other than his annoying-ass rockets.
what skills/stats/anything can I do to make my ship more accurate? I'm Caldari and I currently fly a Condor
