Not sure what this is... I think I'm turning into a new heroes character, maybe HRG injected me or something. It showed up a couple of days ago. Has not spread or anything. It's slightly raised and upon close inspection, looks dry, almost flaky. I had some left over antifungal from tinea versicolor form some months back. But if its not Fungi then well yeah... Any ideas?

Does it itch or burn, and has it spread?
The best thing to do is probably call your doctor, describe it, and and try to get an appointment.

And it seems like all is dying, and would leave the world to mourn
Looks like a light burn to me, but I'm no expert. Sure you didn't splash yourself with boiling water when making tea/coffee, or scrape your arm against a hot baking tray or something? I've managed to burn myself and not notice until some time later (particularly when I'm really busy with something), at which point it can be tricky to remember exactly how it happened.
I'm allergic to dogs and my skin is pretty reactive. When one of my dogs scratches me it looks like that. Maybe you got scrapped by something you're allergic to?

From your description, I'd have to agree with Enos. I had the same symptoms a while ago and just put some antibacterial moisturizer stuff on it. It went away in a few days.

If those don't work a doc would probably prescribe a steroid cream of some sort.
