PA Episode 2 Save game load BUG.

YIKES!!!First off I love PA ep 1 & 2, but.....
I play ep 2 (on PS3) through to the worlds fair level and after smashing the train into the giant orange I save the game and exit. I go back at a later time and try to load that saved game and the loading screen comes up and that's it. The music plays and the gear turns but nothing else. My only choice is to use the PS button to quit game and restart a new game and hope it doesn't happen again. I played through TWICE to recreate. Help please!!! I'll play through again without quitting to avoid it but my eyeballs might fall out of my skull.
