Last boss of Heroic Azjol-Nerub, Anub'arak is down past 25% and we're on the last dive, both Guardians and Venomancers are up, server crashed. Or whatever the hell happened.
God dammit.
It was the daily too. Potentially luckily, I know the tank, so whenever the servers come back up, I *should* still be able to go with her.
Oh well, at least Hadranox dropped my Egg Sac Robes, just gotta get them gemmed...
Yes, means I can play when I get home. I can lvl up my shaman and dk tonight! Both sitting on full rested exp!

Damn, looks like my server is one of the realms with issues. Maybe it'll be fixed by the time I get home in an hour and a half.
I did a Hellfire Ramparts run last night. I hadn't been there in a long time, so it was kind of fun. We actually wiped on that orc riding the dragon. Killed the orc, and got the dragon down to 46 HP before the last person died. Fortunately, we were able to go back and kick his ass.
I was ticked the servers went down [long story follows]:
I had just gone to Darnassus to make a guy an Arcanite Rod [why was he in Darnassus? no idea -- something about having to go to Moonglade to get the pattern or something]. Anyhow, there's no forge in Darnassus, so we went to Auberdine. After I made him the rod, I couldn' get back to northrend easily since my hearth was down, so figured I'd just chill in the inn at Auberdine [i'm only 73, rest XP matters].
So I'm sitting there afk, chatting up guildies and doing some homework, when this 68 horde warrior busts in and starts killing all the guards/npc's [pve server]. So, I figure I should prolly do something to stop him. Get him down to about 5% health and all of a sudden, he starts running in place and WoW locks up.
Made me sad, I had just made this toon for the PA reroll so I have 0 HK's. Was going to boast killing him with the humility of him having to see the achievement pop up.
tl;dr: Was about to get my first HK actually defending an Alliance town from a griefer and the servers went down before I could kill him.
Yeah, pvp is god awful at the moment, arena and BG. It can be fun if you can get a group of 5+ people, but beyond that it's pointless. I'm sitting on 70 tokens of each bg other than SotA and I can't even do it to turn them in for easy honor because every game makes me want to claw my face off.

Does your AMZ ever last longer than 10 seconds anyway? It seems like the few uses for it currently in the game either cause it to absorb the max in about 10 seconds or you want to avoid one specific spell.

On occasion. Against Anomolous in Nexus it seems to last awhile. I drop it on the healers and it protects them fromt he stupid mana wraith guys.
Of course, the thing is it comes Pre-nerfed because the damage absorption is so low because it would be overpowered in PvP.
The nerf to Icebound however is to compensate for the boost Frost Presence is getting.
Actually its the other way around.
IBF was too good in pvp, it needed to be nerfed. The bonus to its affects from def combined with the massive frost presence buffs are so these PVP nerfs are lessened somewhat.
Same with the Bone Armor glyph - PVE compensation for PVP nerfs.
Sad thing is I dont think DKs were that OP that they needed 20 million PVP nerfs.... once people figure them out and stop QQing DKs are going to suck royally.
After getting exalted the walrus people for my fishing rod i've got to ask, does anybody else find it intensely disturbing that the Walrus people's jovial appearance belies the fact that they essential hired foreign mercenaries to help them murder refugees displaced by a war they had no part in and kidnap their children?

I did the little friend achievement and remembered why I stopped as well. I am not looking forward to children's week
At the time I was killing murlocs, having a grand old time. Came back and was gang banged by said murlocs.
And queue was only 200 people for me tonight, so maybe the server transfers are working.
