Has anybody ever played Hellmoo? It's a great MOO that's essentially like fallout but with more grit, rape, and abuse from players who detest you with every grain of their soul.
I'm a longtime Penny Arcade reader, but I got a forum account because I saw this thread.
I'm a longtime HellMOO player, and frankly put, you can do a lot. Kill orphans? Check. Rape their dead bodies after? Also check, though I never actually did that when I started out. Go on a crack binge and blow up the local crack mansion? Also check. Launch a nuke in a post apocalyptic world where death means nothing at all? Also check.
The catch is that you do have to have a way to connect to MUD games, though, but I would suggest checking out that linked SomethingAwful thread for more details.
Feel free to ask me ingame for information and such (Also Casull ingame.)
Yes, this game has a ton of stuff to play around with. Players show up for the orphan killing, rape, player killing, but they stay for the solid gameplay mechanics.
Oh, and the admins and players have a tight community. I've chilled with the admins before ingame, and they do listen to you, contrary to them constantly making fun of people. If you have a bug that's an actual bug, they'll fix it fairly quickly.
The brief period I played it, I always got the impression that the insanely popular Armaggeddon mud was the Fallout of muds? At least, setting-wise, that is.

Edit: Everyone should mud. No excuses.
