I'm fine with the rolls at the end of a PQ, that makes sense, gives a better chance to everyone. What I am not fine with is my engineer getting 10 annihilator helms and 2 chest pieces in over 200 keeps with no shoulders at all. Would it kill them to just put all 3 into 1 bag and let me choose which one I want? At this rate I will have full sentinel or greater before I get annihilator.

Nope. Boots always will drop from players and are tradeable/able to be put on the Auction House. Gauntlets can always be purchased from NPC merchants. The rest of the sets are from Lords.

Okay, lemme put it like this guys, You can always buy a piece from renown gear merchants. You can uncheck Filter Useable to see ALL that a merchant has to offer and at what ranks or renown ranks.
These set pieces from the merchants are most commonly gloves. As I understand it, you can also buy shoulders in T2 or 3 perhaps. Regardless. The general rule of thumb is that chest pieces are from lords, boots are from player characters, and gloves are from merchants. Where the other pieces come from seems to between merchants/keep lords but 99% of the time, it is from the lord.

I had a friend who had a trial for Dark age of camelot from like 2004. He bought a month just to hop into the game again and his trial account still worked and not only that, but all his characters and everything were as he had left them. Same there here, bud.

So I'm finally playing a healer in an MMO with my rank 8 rune priest. It's kind of weird since I have no real idea what's going on since I spend 80% of the time clicking through name plates. Nice feeling though that without me everyone would be fucking dead.

I can't see Slann making it in. There are precious few of them, not to mention they are incredibly powerful. Not likely to be a player race. Boss? Sure.

Sev: Your gameplay is the most heavily yomi based around. Usually you look for characters that allow you to force guessing situations for big dmg. Even if the guess is mathematically nowhere near in your favor lol. You're happiest when you have either a 50/50, 33/33/33 or even a 75/25 situation to go crazy with. And you will take big risks to force those situations to come up.
I can't see Slann making it in. There are precious few of them, not to mention they are incredibly powerful. Not likely to be a player race. Boss? Sure.

I don't, either. They're individually dumber than Orcs and you'd end up with 3 kinds of skinks and a saurus. Skaven are much more ripe with potential classes.
