Walking Dead #57 is the first thing I've read, which is usual when it comes out.

Spoilers:
Seriously spoilers.
Carl almost gets raped Deliverance style. Rick then pulls out his Jack Bauer card and goes vampire.

I'm gonna have to say Invincible Iron Man #9.

    (Real Spoilers)
The whole memory erasing thing. I have no idea where the fuck Matt Fraction is taking this story, but I'm gonna be there every step of the way. Oh and Norman Osborn is a dick.

Buffy this week was a bit "WTF" for me.
When did Vampires became "acceptable" in the world? or at least believed that they are real

SI: War of Kings was excellent all around. When
    Ronan knelled at Black Bolt
I could tell DnA are going to take this story to epic places.

Iron Man was great as well.

Didn't Harmony do some info-mercial or something where she revealed she was a real vampire and talked about how great being a vampire was? And that sparked a whole wave of vampire acceptance and wannabe-ness? I haven't read the book lately, I'm just reading previews and reviews.

Not in these current comics that I remember but who knows?

Even in these scans, the writing seems really cheesy, but I still thought this moment from Punisher was kind of cool.

Moment of the week: the buildup to the last page of Sub-Mariner.

Wow. Easily my favorite book Marvel is publishing right now, and I've always thought Namor was the lamest character ever.

Total MotW, month, and year so far. So, living where I live there are four indian casino-resorts less than an hour from my house (that's what you get when the largest city in the state is surrounded on all sides by tribal land). I went to one--the nearest--on Tuesday for the first time in a couple of months, and I swear it was like I was walking through Scalped with a bunch of the background extras. But the best part, the best fucking part ever, was that there is a woman at the buffet whose face looks exactly like Lincoln Red Crow's (and that's where it stops because he's a giant dude and she's maybe 4'6"). And I stopped dead in my tracks and thought, "Holy fuck. This is pure craziness."

It hurts because they won't just kill the character and move on. I feel that pain, too.

Werewolf By Night - I love this character because it gave us Moon Knight. Anyway, the new Dead Of Night version seems to be a bit different from old Jack, mainly in that he doesn't know it's a magical curse and
that the werewolf can communicate with him those two days a month by leaving messages for him to see when he wakes up

That said, the end was so fucked up.
He comes home from his self-imposed monthly exile, to find his pregnant wife did, her baby ripped out of her, and a message on the wall: "IT WAS A GIRL"

I wanna know what genius thinks fucking with a dude who turns into a killing machine is a good idea.

Also, I got the Complete Ben Edlund Tick today. Fuck yes. I love The Tick.

    Nope. Read it again
He was coming back home from his monthly exile. For those 48 hours where he becomes the wolf, he locks himself in a big steel room with a time-release lock.

Oh no he took precautions against that, especially after his first change
He was pissed at his parents, who apparently knew about his curse and didn't tell him, was at a beach party one night, changed, and woke up two days later covered in his parents' blood.
