    My work had been pretty okay this week. Two of the managers are off, so it's been less restrictive.
    I jokingly said to the assistant manager "Oh I hope Ian [store manager] comes back soon, we're really struggling without him" but she thought I was being serious :(

    Yup! Circuit City is officially being liquidated. The good news is I may be getting 60 days fully paid regardless of whether or not I get laid off during the liquidation. This is pretty cool news because I'm a technician and have absolutely no place at all in a liquidation sale. So I'll essentially be getting 60 paid days to find a better job instead of desperately scrambling for whatever shitty job is available to pay bills.
