This dude is a fucking tool. If he was really interested in getting his "game" out there he would have released it independantly and then let it live or die in the marketplace. As it stands nobody should take him seriously as he's nothing but a Nintendo fanboy crying because he now realizes that they are a corporation and not some kindly grandfather who makes such wonderful toys.

So why wouldn't they give him a SDK in the first place?
Nintendo doesn't sell SDKs to people without a business, any actual office, or anything like that. He also didn't have a publisher.
Apparently the dude has incorporated, and an office would have cost him $300 a month tops. While I'm not arguing that he has a serious case of the crazies, he had (or very easily could have) met all of the basic criteria for the SDK he wanted.

I am not sure if I follow you. This guy is an attention whore of the worst caliber. But if I got a call about someone I was acquainted with committing suicide, I would feel bad. If later I found out that it was all some guys idea of a sick joke/plea for attention, then I would be pretty pissed at them. Being on the internet pretty much has nothing to do with that.
