    If you're talking about Windows, I think you mean Disk Defragmenter (right-click on C, properties, tools, defragment now).

    WinDirStat is a 3rd party app that displays files and folders as colored blocks that correspond with their size.

    I've used Foldersizes for a while and find it pretty handy. It also works on network attached drives so I've used it a lot at work to find the users who are using all my server storage.
