One last thing. We've readied a small gift for those of you who love the music to Geometry Wars.

Chris Chudley (of Audio Antics) was kind enough to put together a badass Megamix, featuring some of the songs from the entire GW series in a 13 minute long special remix version. The mix is named "46860 Choices", and we're releasing it for free download. You can grab the track directly from here (please use right-click->Save As to download the file): [above]

How awesome? So awesome.

    If I were driving while listening to this, I think I would careen off the road!

    I was also lurking at GAF, and apparently there are rumors that Bizarre is trying to get an iTunes Store release of the soundtrack from GW1, 2 and Galaxies. I'd buy it in a heartbeat. My only qualm with this megamix is that the amount of Waves time is woefully short ... not that I ever last long enough in-game to hear more than the first 45 seconds anyway.

    You mean drive your car against the walls while avoiding oncoming traffic, right?

    EDIT: And breaking through gates in hopes that the cars would explode?

    I've wanted this since Geometry Wars 1. Seriously, win. T'will be on repeat on my mp3 player in permanent loop as I do homework.

    Back in 2006 I was hard into a Meteos kick, and I made the mistake of getting behind the wheel right after playing the game on one of its absurdly fast Speed War levels for about 45 minutes. I seriously had to pull myself back from screaming down the highway while aligning my car between other vehicles.

    Trance is amazing as background music while you're trying to focus. I used it all the time at my old job when I had to go in on weekends and crunch out work quickly.

    So I'm trying to figure out the transitions for this mix. I think it goes:

    King --> Pacifism --> Deadline --> Title Screen --> Waves --> Evolved --> Sequence

    But I feel like there's something else tucked between Pacifism and Deadline.
