Xbox 360 Version. Game doesn't work.

I recently completed Episode 1 and was ready to move on to Episode 2.

I paid my 1200 points, downloaded the game, and as I loaded the game waiting in anticipation of the next fun-filled adventure, I sadly kept waiting... and waiting... and waiting...

It seemed for 1200 points I had purchased the ability to load a black screen and crash my 360 whenever I chose to do so... I repeated this process 3x before coming to the conclusion it was just not going to work. So much for that "If at first you don't succeed..." cliche'.

I even deleted the game, and re-downloaded the game, hoping it was merely a glitch but to no avail.

What can I do ?

Penny Arcade would be the last people I'd expect to release a game that doesn't work, and being a 360 Arcade game, I cannot even return it to a store for my money back.

Delete the game and clear your cache (I don't know how to do it on the new Dash, but a quick search will find it). Then redownload.

I didn't have this problem (yet) but since I don't see it popping up all over the internet I am thinking it would be a hardware issue.
Is it possible to load a game to a memory card to see if the hard drive is having trouble?
I have also read (and experienced) that having less than a few gigs of free room on the 360 hd really seems to fuck up a lot of things.
