Streaming photos to a digital frame

So I got a free digital picture frame. It's fairly small, but I'd like to be able to just stream photos from a folder on my PC to display in a slideshow on the thing so I can always have a nice little screen sitting by my PC. Is there any way to do this? it's a "goodview DPF3.5K"

as far as I can see from their website this isn't even a current model. You can accomplish what you want if the frame supports it. Some do, but it's usually the models that have built in wireless. With an older model that likely does not have wireless, it's unlikely that it will support direct streaming from a computer.

It's going to be wired into the computer the whole time, if that makes a difference.
