Toy Conventions?

This is for a friend of mine, her request:

"Do you know of any toy conventions around the country? (Like action figure, lego and stuff like that)"

The only thing I could find were basically comic conventions that also had toys. Any know of anything else?

    You already mentioned comic conventions, but the San Diego Comic-Con is a mega-huge comic book / pop culture convention with enough toy vendors and panels/events to almost justify a separate con.

    If she's into Transformers, there's BotCon.

    In general, though, most of the comic book conventions I've gone to have just as many toys as they do comics.
