I'd start asking around for a carpet shampooer. That is going to be downright disgusting.
Other than that, you've got 3 problems. The material, the smell, and the stain. The material you can remove with whatever, the stain will require assloads of resolve and the smell will require assloads of febreeze.
Oh, and don't mix cleaners. Get in there and get rid of the stain, wait for everything to dry, then attack the smell.

This can be an awfully hard smell to get rid of. My mom ended up just selling her car after this happened and getting a new one.
I'd try (in order of expense):
- Over the counter carpet cleaners
- Renting or borrowing a steam cleaner
- Paying to have the car professionally cleaned and detailed
Car carpets are made for this kind of thing. Go to an auto-supply store and look for some heavy duty spray-on car carpet cleaner. That will do most of the work, hit the rest with a rented steam-cleaner.
go to a self-service car wash and use the little shampoo gun and vacuum attachments. cherry and vanilla are common scents, and they're fairly powerful/effective.
Also, get a box of ARM & HAMMER® Baking Soda Fridge-n-Freezer™ Odor Absorber (16 oz.). It has panels on both sides of the box with vents so that the baking soda doesn't spill out, but still absorbs odors. I kept one in my car for several weeks when I had a bad smelling beverage spilled in the carpet, and professional cleaning only partly helped. Even if it doesn't help, you're only out a couple dollars for the box.

I don't believe it - I'm on my THIRD PS3, and my FIRST XBOX360. What the heck?
This happened to me in August (lets not worry about how, shall we). In my case it got under the seat, and some got under the console where the parking break was. It sat for two days, just like yours. And guess what? At this point, you are never going to get that smell out without professional help. You can waste a ton of time, grief, and cleaning supplies like I did, or just get it over with.
Ah, my friend did this on New Years. We pulled into a self-carwash and we hosed both him and the car down. It was hilarious. Honestly, as the others have been saying, professional help is needed or you will have an offensive smell which will pervade the car for the rest of its life (like a certain Seinfeld episode). Of importance though, in which area of the car did this vomit sit and how much sunlight/heat has it been exposed to?
Edit: Out of curiosity, does this relate at all to the roadtrip that you took?

Not much sunlight. The driver's seat covers it pretty well and no it didn't happen after Miami. haha.
So far I think I've gotten most of the stain, and from what I hear there's plenty-a-home remedy for this so I'm going to try those before going to get it detailed and cleaned.

Drop $100 and get your car professionally cleaned.
The difference was it was about 6-8 hours old when I was able to do this.
Couldn't tell you how difficult another 36-48 hours makes the process, I'm afraid. Good luck.
