I'm thinking about not hosting a server anymore. There just doesn't seem like there is much of a point to hosting a server, there is not much in the way of customization you can do and no chance of building any sort of community around a server :-/
Sheet post the IP here and it's sv_search_key and I guarantee you people will be flooding your server.
Well, first I need to know the community's Steam ID #, which I lost when I had to reset a bunch of settings.
Then I'd need to know how to set up the sv_search_key

Also remove or comment out sv_steamgroup_exclusive from your server.cfg if it is in there.
This will let PA people connect to your server via a lobby and keep out everyone else.
The achievements, if anybody cared, are still completely borked.
I'm 100% positive I've beaten each campaign on expert multiple times, each time starting, making sure the difficulty is on expert, then voting to restart the campaign to make sure we all go through it 100% of the way.
I'm still missing 2 of those, and yea, achievements don't matter, but I'm a perfectionist sometimes, and I would like to see a 100% show up.

Don't know if this helps, but it might be worth a shot. (I know it's a fix for the Lamb 2 Slaughter bug, but just resetting the expert achievement might help)
So yesterday me, tom cruise, mark sloan, and two others decide to do a pub stomp. I volunteer to be with the pubs and see what happens. Two of my teammates are playing vs for the first time. Great i think but they did ok. They took my instructions and made real strides in learning what to do.
Well the finale comes up and two of them have to go so two new people come in. One of them just looks around in the safe room and i say hey go ahead and grab the pipe and we can go and get this started. This is when he made his first and only mistake. He says something something (cuss word) something (cuss word). I shottie him down to half health and tell tom and mark to focus on francis. Lets just say he didnt make it to the first tank.
We get to the lobby and he tells me to get off the SWING. Anybody understand this.

No you aren't. I only play versus lately. But most people seem to choose a regular campaign if they want to be a surviver and versus if they'd like to be an infected.

I don't know if they'll ever get you more than functionally conversational, though...but then that's the point where you can either take some more advanced classes or find some way to immerse yourself to improve.

Well no, some people enjoy playing infected even if they are losing. They just had to put up with being a survivor last round and now they don't get a chance to even fight back because the survivors decided they didn't want to play as survivors.

Last night a PA team that was losing against another PA team jumped down the elevator shaft... It sucked a lot, because we really wanted a full game as infected... but we were denied that.
It was funny, but come on.
Those other 4 levels as infected where the survivors got to the end of the level therefore building a sizable lead weren't enough? Maybe they didn't feel like playing survivors. If you have that big of a lead, I have no problem with a mercy killing.
It was a really close game, if they'd made it to the end, they would have lost probably, but not by much. It was just disappointing, is what I'm saying.
