    tv on the radio are my band that i've never understood the hype for at all.

    the others are ok (especially drive-by truckers) but none of them really excite me.

    Throbbing Gristle, The Cure, Leonard Cohen, Morrissey, Henry Rollins, Bob Mould, X, and Paul McCartney.

    It's the perfect line-up of sexy, aged pioneers who have settled into stately mediocrity.

    Still, I'd love to see all those old Hardcore guys (really into Rollins spoken word, Huker Du, and X right now), and I'm planning on going to see Morrissey again on his current tour, even though the last one sucked because the audience was full of douchebags.

    I would love to, yeah. Gotta see if my buddies want to, though.

    Last Coachella I went to, I was there with my sister. Which was a lot of fun, don't get me wrong. But it ensured that there was no hooking up with any ladies, which was a bummer.

    Saturday isn't bad, there's a bunch of people I'd see, just no one I'd be really excited about aside from TVOTR, MSTRKRFT, Fleet Foxes and Atmosphere.

    They always end up adding to this though in the weeks leading up to the festival, I wouldn't be surprised to see Saturday get a few more decent acts.

    It was an official "Pre-Coachella" party, and well, I won a raffle for a paid trip to Coachella. I shall see you all there.

    All three days have a few acts that I want to see. I'm enough of an old man at 21 to pay for Paul McCartney and I do have a strange soft spot for Crystal Method and Franz Ferdinand. Saturday has Atmoshere, which I dearly love. And Sunday has the Kills (NOT the Killers, those guys can rot), whom I love equally as much. Not to mention Fiasco. And Roni Size.

    So it's saving up an extra $100 to choose one day or robbing kids for the $270.

    the best part about cmj is how they sell tickets to everything separately, and shows might allow as few as 10-20 badges rendering your badge pretty worthless
