You know you want to. If you're even still watching.
This is gonna be like MST3K: SE++ Edition.
Last time, on Heroes...
Nathan's character did a complete 180 for no reason.
Sylar's character did a complete 360 for no reason.
Peter has his powers, but we don't think he really has any powers.
Mohinder almost turned into a bug, and then he didn't.
The writers found the most convoluted way to keep Ali Larter on the show.
They wrote time travel out of the series and at the same time wrote it back in.
Will this volume have another trip to a disastrous future, accompanied by an annoying catchphrase that is repeated every commercial?
Will characters have big, dramatic death scenes that are immediately undone?
Will the show find new and exciting ways to offend the media, rational thought, narrative integrity, and NBC's wallet?
Find out the answers to these questions and more, tonight on Heroes!

I watch it with Nads as a trade-off for getting him to watch Chuck.

When is the new season of Eureka starting.
I have to believe that Pushing Daisies died for a reason.
I haven't seen a show dive in quality so much like heroes did.
I know a dude who writes on Eureka
And yet I still don't watch it. I guess that means I am a shitty friend?

Yes, but because of contractual stuff, he doesn't come in until episode 18 or 19 or something.
No, it's trying so hard to not be X-Men (or any comic book) that it's just terrible. It acts like it's a serious show
If they went the ridiculous route it'd be awesome.
I can't wait for stuff to happen and then turn out to not happen this chapter!
One of my roommates watches it.
The teaser line was "The most super of powers must work together."
I said "Man, it's hard to believe the Heroes writing team came up with something so terr-- oh, no, it's about right."
When they have a cross over with True Blood. The world collapses in on itself not long after.
no. it was enjoyable and brainless, though. there wasn't much to think about while watching it
seasons 2 and 3 try to get you to think about it and when you think about it you realize how completely stupid it is
i still watch it every week, though
No no, it was "The most super of all powers is working together."
I couldn't believe I heard that line coming out of my television, to be honest.
I think it's funny that this particular storyline is running at the same time that Wolverine and the X-Men is.
It's not a blatant rip-off, but they are so similar (government rounding up supers, probably a message from the future, they are maybe forming a team this time), it's like if Heroes Season 1 and the Watchmen movie came out at the same time.
Nah...Nads likes you, so you can't be all bad.
And you should not watch for the writing, you should watch because Carter is hot.
That would have been awesome.
Yeah but that's literally every other X-Men storyline.
season 2 was more bad than good
season 3 was so bad that i realized i could use that time to do more productive things, like post on the penny arcade forums
so
I DVR 24 and Kyle XY at the same time and can only record 2 shows at once
buh bye heroes
I'll just catch you on nbc online
Kyle XY is a cool show and I really like it, but maybe a year ago or so, I wouldn't have picked it over Heroes
no way
I feel kind of sad about that
"If you're going to play tiddly winks, play it with man hole covers."
- John McCallum
Basically I like the characters that get powers and are like "Hey let's help people out!" instead of arguing about their powers and then fighting the same group of people every episode.
Also Christopher Eccleston's character was awesome for the two episodes he was in.
hey, at the time it was the end of Heroes' first season and Lost was in its third season
I can totally believe why she made that choice
or is it not bad enough?
HI5, Centipede.
If Claude returned in one episode, that would be the only one I'd watch.
Season 3 is way more watchable in an MST way than Season 2. Season 2 was just boring, Season 3 has a ridiculous twist every episode.
there has only been one really good episode of heroes
the others have ranged from okay to fucking terrible
in contrast I still think lost has had only one really bad episode, as lackluster as the start of the third season was
and every other twist was that the last twist didn't actually happen
she had the weirdest, stupidest arc of any character
even Sylar's character made more sense than she did
I am trying to decide if I wanna watch Chuck or Big Bang/How I Met Your Mother. I used to watch Chuck all the time until I discovered Big Bang. I just started watching HiMyM because of Neil Patrick Harris.
