vista 32, windows 7 32, or windows 7 64?

My computer crapped out last night so I'm going to do a reformat tonight. These are the three options available to me, and I'm not sure which to go with. What do you guys think?

Considering only one of those options is currently commercially-available and widely supported, I'd go with that one.

I've got Win7 64 running on my laptop, and there hasn't been any major problems with it. My laptop wasn't really built for playing games though, so I can't really comment on those aspects.

On another note, I only have 2GB of ram, do i get any benefit at all from 64 bit with that much ram?

    Not really, no.
To clarify, applications with a 64bit binary will perform, in theory, much better as they potentially utilize the CPU more effectively. Performance for 32bit applications would be unaffected.
