So, for whatever reason, Gabe and Tycho explode, or maybe one marries Yoko Ono and her shrill screaming tears the professional relationship apart. Penny Arcade flounders, Khoo attempting to reconcile the writer and artist but is unfortunately unsuccessful. Eventually, he sells the franchise to IGN, who turns it into an advertising hub. Khoo retires on the profits after firing Alpha, Ramius, and stranding Cardboard Tube in America. The forums shut down for good.

What do you do? Would you keep in touch with the friends you've made on the forums through other means? Or would you sigh regretfully, close your laptop, and make something of your life, only occasionally reminded of SE++ by the dickbutt tattoo that every girl you meet comments on?

    i'd stalk forumers on facebook, but rarely talk to them or initiate contact, kinda like i do now! but for the most part, i wanna think i'd make a clean break and move on

    to maybe like the twop forums or something.

    Hopefully by then I would have amassed vast wealth, and I could afford to move the forum servers to my house and sustain them indefinitely, granting myself admin privileges in the process, which is all I ever really wanted in life anyway.
