My wife and I are coming up on 1 year, which is appearantly paper. Anyhow, the most creative thing I can think of for paper appropriate for her is a replica of a biblical codex (or a page from a codex) that is on some sort of textured paper (AKA, not just a print of a codex like so.

Odd gift, but I assume it has meaning to you guys.
But most print shops will sell a variety of paper, find your local one and see if they can get you something like that.. then you can get a nice high quality print of it.
