Whats the name of that show....

It was a kids show with pastel colors and some of the adults had creepy looking faces. Trying to explain it to the woman but shes clueless. This the faces were latex or something. Reminds me of the faces of the army dudes in Across the Universe. Any help? Thanks.

    dude, you need to give a little more information on perhaps what the show was about, what country it aired in and around what time.

    ah sorry man, think it was on Nickelodeon in the US. It was about some town and the happenings within. It was completely episodic in nature. Sorry Im lost on the rest. I only saw it in passing and was usually hung over
