Temporary Relief for Ear Infection/Ache

I have some fluid build-up/pressure in my right ear, as well as the accompanying sore throat that signify an ear issue of some sort. The place I go to for minor things like this is closed on Sundays, and so I need a temporary solution or a home remedy to hold me over for a day or so until I can get something better.

    An NSAID of some sort is the way to go. Aspirin, Ibuprofen, or Naproxen, in order of most likely to be effective to least likely.
