because I know Very little about how to use it, but it would really help with what I'm trying to do right now.
This should be really easy, but I just suck with the interface.
and no, I don't have Pshop.
So, i have a bunch of pictures, and I need to shrink the bodies, and keep the heads the same size.
so I need to:
1) select the area to shrink (which i do w/ the "free select tool"
2)shrink only the area selected (I don't know how to do this) - to say 20% of full size
3)drag and line up the shrunk body with the normal sized head.
3a) you know the little box in Paint so the background is transparent? how do you do that in Gimp?
4) crop and resize the image, so that the selected area becomes the entire file dimensions
thanks peeps, learn me some stuff.

i feel like it's purely the interface, and i can't do the simplest things because of it
SE++ Map Steam
i seem to only be able to do it when i save
i also can't seem to do so say 100ms, 100ms, 500ms, 100ms and so on for varying frames
i'm probably just doing it wrong
