OMG, I totally forgot about buttons.
Actually totally forgot about PAX until like 3 weeks ago when I realized it was only a month away!!
Sooo what was determined to be the 'safe' number of buttons to order?
I'm not on a budget so don't give me a "depends on how much you want to spend" answer. :P
Also, what size is everyone doing for their bonus buttons?
I was scanning the thread and Moe posted a while back about making the bonus buttons 1" ?
I think that would fit nicely, regular buttons at 1.5" and bonus at 1".
Despite all that, I should have my final designs posted up here by tomorrow!! I'm planning a CST bonus button for all my canadian super trip friends!

Originally we all were talking about getting 200-250 avatar buttons, but sadly it feels like the hype isn't as big as it was last year... I mean, by this time last year we were into our second thread weren't we? Oh well... I'll prolly still get 150-200... and 50 bonus buttons... I'm ordering tomorrow.

By the count of my spreadsheet, I've got 181 people listed so far, 32 of which are "maybe"s.
I *think* i'll be ordering up buttons today or tomorrow...just gotta get some photoshop action going on (which sucks, because I know dick about photoshop) and i'll be golden, Pony Boy.
Maybe you should just call them and ask the price first. They were super nice and helped me out and my buttons were far cheaper then I thought they would be.

hmm, im having trouble with their web site. Every time i try to use the promo code, nothing happens.
Has anyone else had this problem? I may have to wait till tomorrow to order and give them a call.
Yes, there are issues with it. Just put it in. Click the button. Then add in the special instructions that you are trying to use the code and then hopefully they will take care of applying it. They have been charging the full amount and then refunding the difference.
Thanks for reposting that contrefait! now i know what to do. Then of course i hit the button to submit all my final billing info and it take me back to the beginning of the ordering process... guess i get to wait and see if i get a confirmation email on my order... they do send confirmation emails, right?

But unlike last year's dull, boring logo, there's now five - count 'em - five buttons available! The first four are our most popular characters; Luke, Joe, Dr. Carlos and Luke's Mom:

And of course, in addition, there's the general sitewhore logo button. This year in glorious 2.25". The 1080p of buttons.
Only 50 each so they're officially Limited Edition. Future collector's items, mark my words.

Mine was similar to that. I had one without a clasp, and the rest were fine, so I have 99 buttons to go around.
