Okay, well, my girlfriend went over her checking account balance 3 times this month. We have no idea why, and then we checked her account and noticed that she has been having 20 dollars every month taken out of her checking account by :

DUN DUN DUN. What the fuck is this. So we look up the company and apparently you get signed up when you sign up for plane tickets, movie tickets, etc.
Anyone else had this happen to them? We called her bank, but we wanna make sure we can get rid of this. Any advice?

Word. I would be ringing up the consumer protection organisation (whatever it's called in America) right now.
Though, just talking to your credit card agency/bank should be able to get you the money back.
