my only consolation is that they haven't nerfed Howling Blast on live realms, and MAYBE they will come to their senses and increase threat while decreasing damage. OR blood boil better make up the fucking damage difference.
Though...in all honesty, DK tanks being top 5 in DPS charts for 25 man raids is a little OP.
For the Insane title, the factions I had forgotten were Ravenholdt and Darkmoon Fair.
That title is going to be one hell of a grind. Especially being Honored with Bloodsail while Exalted with Steamweedle (meaning you have to go completely hated with Steamweedle to boost Bloodsail, and once honored with them grind Steamweedle all the way up to Exalted without losing Bloodsail rep).

Do you have be exalted with steamweedle and honored with bloodsail at the same time? I would think you could hit one or the other first to trigger that portion of the achievement complete before doing the other.

Is there a huge leap between the 2 in terms of performace? both 2.0ghz with 2gig, the only difference is the card and the screen, I assume the macbook will run fine on a samsung LCD with the right adaptor...?
If you're asking if you should get a desktop/laptop and your deciding factor is WoW... then I'd say get the desktop. Seriously those new iMacs are tits. You can max it out for what you'd spend on just a new laptop.
But to answer your question: yes, the laptops can connect to DVI monitors. But be warned: you may need an adaptor first.

Example: Go to Dalaran, get in queue for Strand of the Ancients, and fly out to your favorite questing area to wait for bg to pop. Although given the short queue time, it could probably pop mid-flight.
Does anyone know when were expecting 3.1 to go live? are we talking one week? 4 weeks?

Best guess: six weeks, bare minimum. I wouldn't be surprised to see it go to two months. If this thing hits before mid-april, I'll be -really- surprised.

I can't speak to that; I've never read that, anywhere. But that said, you could always set up boot camp. However, if you buy a mac to put XP on it... couldn't you just skip a step and buy a (cheaper) lap top?

I like this change because I can decide to do some fishing, have the queue pop and decide that I would rather stick around fishing for a bit longer, leave the queue and then rejoin it after a few minutes.

Wow, I really like the mage T8 design. The shoulders are simple enough and the mask looks great. Plus, the Kirin Tor emblem helps.
I think that druid set will look great on my Tauren. It will definitely look like shit mixed with T7, though. If nothing else, that hat is the first leather hat they've released in this expansion that hasn't looked horrendous or given me redundant sets of horns.
Did they mix 10 and 25 man sets on the warrior armor set? The shoulders and hat look way brighter than the other pieces.

At least it's not 10,000 gold, which if would fit the pattern of 60% mounts to epic fliers. 1,000 gold is chump change these days.
Remember when 1000 gold for a 100% land mount seemed like an impossible goal?
As for me, I hate quest unlocks. It usually involves doing a heroic instance with 4 people in 10 minutes while using nothing but keyboard turning.
