nothing really yet, shooting for something on Saturday, possibly inclusive of a Dark Knight viewing

thing is I don't know where everything is exactly so you know some real input or proposed plan (like what Chris posted earlier, even if it was in jest) would be helpful

    IMAX at Carousel sounds awesome.

We could meet up at the Foundry (a bar/restaurant in Caro) beforehand for some drinks/food.

    suggestions right now are:

    Belgian Beer Cafe
    Adventure World
Dark Knight @ Carousel (Feb 28 - Saturday - ONLY)
Bubble Tea + cheap lousy skanky fake awful yucky Chinese food (<--- I would only do this if you're okay with hearing me bitch the entire way through)

or any combination of the above if manageable

    more suggestions more than welcome!

Box 3 at the Carousel does better food cheaper than Foundry. They are licensed too. And no shitty pub covers band playing at white noise volume.

Do they have beer on tap? Is it reasonably priced?

I know the food called Chinese food that gets cooked by Chinese people in Australia isn't real Chinese food. So maybe we should try for Indian or something instead. I gots me a hankering for some Vindaloo.

They also have a deal where you can get cheap movie tickets if you eat there. I just don't know if it applies to IMAX screenings.

Ummm, its like directly opposite uncle billies (also very good) on the other side of the central building...

Next to a place that is called "Singapore hawkers" I think, maybe.

Go there at ~1am and it's packed any night of the week.

The internet has an image, however all that empty space out the front is filled with tables.

People hate Perth for being so small - it has its advantages. For instance, 3 of the best Chinese food resaurants in the city are within 20 metres of each other...

And those 3 restaurants are a few hundred meters from several very good bars/nightclubs.

    Also: CBD

If I can make it to this, I am going to invite some people from IRL. One or more of them may even be of the female persuasion. That way there won't just be Vivixenne and Amy and like ten guys.

Man I had the most fucked night's sleep last night

lay awake stressing out until like 4am when I fell asleep and dreamt of Zombies trying to break into my house, then woke up at 6.

It wasn't even the good kind of zombie dream where I'm blowing heads off
no it's the kind where the doors won't close properly and people I love are being eaten alive in front of me

I'm up for Dark Knight at IMAX, but I've watched it so many times on Blu Ray already.

What about, Pot black (pool hall ) TimeZone (Game centre) and then the Brass Monkey Pub?

PS - Even if I don't go, I'd love to meet up with PAers any other time. C'mon... it'll be sexy times.

PPS - Actually now that I think about it, my house is pretty fucking huge and I don't mind BBQs n shit. I can also cook.

There's also a Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane and Hobart all in North Dakota.

The Perth in Canada has a population of 6,000 people. A person meaner than myself would probably make fun of Fort1tude for thinking there were half a dozen forumers who lived there. Especially considering it took him 7 pages to catch on.

Welp, I'll be at the Coldplay concert on Saturday night (yeah, yeah, I know. I like them), and Sunday I'll be down south all day, driving back at night.

Adventure World on Monday? It is a public holiday after all.
