I recently saw the most beautiful woman ever (in my limited experience, of course). She manages an Apple store about 40 minutes from me. I feel odd but I'm kind of considering going back there pretty much just to see if she's there (same day/shift I went before). Not to ask her on a date or anything... just to see if it was a fluke, how I felt before. Last time it was like: turning the corner, seeing her, OK HEART IS STOPPING.
Maybe I was just emotional that day but I seriously want to run into her again and see if it evokes the same reaction. Maybe I will try to ask her out. Isn't that kind of crummy to do when she's at work, though?

I honestly wasn't trying to be creepy funny there. It wasn't until I'd hit submit that I went back and read it and realized I probably sounded goofy. It's seriously how I think of her, so I suppose that I know how you feel. Her face had no blemishes, her teeth were like a dentist's, her body was absurd, she was wearing feminine (but professional clothing), her hair was pulled back severely but she still looked friendly... I just wanted to walk over and breathe on her. Smell her hair.
Seriously she was like Helen of Troy except I'm too manly to abscond her away and then bitch out from a fight with her dude.

I understand. I mean I told this girl flat out that she was one of the hottest girls I ever laid eyes on. I guess the fact that I would never in a million years have a chance with her helps.

Which is bad, considering that I'm not smoking pot, and my door and window are closed, so someone(s) must have seriously broken out the reefer for the acrid odor to be that strong.

I can't believe that there are people here who have only vague recollections of Labyrinth. Guys it's fricking Labyrinth. That's like saying..well..it's like saying you don't know what this Star Wars stuff is all about.

Look, if you sit on your ass all day and all you have to worry about is looking pretty. More power to you. But for the 90% of the people who actually work and use their sweat glands, there's much better attire to wear.
By the time I saw that film I had already read some L. Frank Baum, and of course I'd been a fan of the Wizard of OZ already and it ended up not being nightmare fuel for me.
It was dark, but I was too in love with the characters to not love the film. It was actually a pretty good fucking film.
And while we're on the subject of 80's children's film Nightmare Fuel:

Oh it was fantastic, and much more in line with the baum stories than that dreadful old musical that everyone raves about.
When I say nightmare fuel I say it with an insane, gleeful smile on my face. This stuff defines me as a person.
