I am going to brain dump on you guys and see what happens.
1. I am going to pitch one of two ideas to Mike and Jerry. It is either a loyalty program for our store OR a full-fledged revamp of ClubPA with dorky membership cards, free shirts and everything. I don't think they can coexist, but I think they are both perfectly reasonable concepts. What do you guys think?
2. I don't think we will beat Hodgman. He is like Coulton's best friend or something.
3. PAX will sell out of tickets this year. I don't think we'll even have onsite reg at the rate we're going.
4. The art contest is going totally sweet. If you haven't seen some of the entries check out the sticky in AC.

2. You could be using your influence over the legions for greater things.
3. Yeah, I was worried about this too. To be honest, I was only able to see 2 or 3 panels last year because everything was so overcrowded. I hate the idea of not being able to include everyone, but I do think that there needs to be an attendance cap. I'm sure having another PAX on the east coast will help with this issue.

Bogey, I totally get you on the overcrowding. We're doing a ton of work on making sure the overcrowding doesn't impact the quality of the attendee experience this year. We know that last year it was an issue.
And how the fuck did that Felicia Day chick beat Tom Servo and Crow T. Robot? This entire contest is a farce!
Also I'm voting for ClubPA over the loyalty program and I don't have enough money to go to PAX especially since I am on the complete opposite side of the country and it makes me sad

Meiss: what changed from last year isn't much... and that's the problem. We're pretty much working with the same amount of space (a little more actually), and I think last year we stress tested the center on capacity. Mix that with our 2x growth rate each year, and yeah- we've got serious problems. THat's why we're going to have to cap it this year.

they already had to share space with a transgender convention last year, no need to introduce them to a whole city
