How...how do you name streets and districts? I read this was possible but thus far I have only been able to name buildings.

    I think if you have SC4 Deluxe you can use the sign tool to "name" things like you could in SimCity 2000. But outside of that, you cannot name streets and districts.

    Yeah I thought if you used the sign tool, then dragged it onto a street, it would hug the street, effectively "naming" it?
