PS3 Buzzing

So, I recently moved and have noticed that while plugged in to the TV through the A/V jacks (even while it is off) my TV emits a low buzzing noise.

Now, this doesn't happen with any of my other game systems and such.

Are my cables to blame and/or can I just clean them or something?

    This or interference - are you running the (I'm assuming analog) audio lines parallel in close proximity to power cables?

    There are various products of this type that you can pickup, and some for $20 or less. (Quality can vary so it's up to you.)

    But that page has simple illustrations of the problem.

    Uh, large power bars.

    I think I have the PS3, Wii, and 360 hooked up to the same one.

    Be more explicit. Literally everything needs to be accounted for to sort out these kinds of problems.

    If there is a cable, we'd need to know what kind of cable and what two things it hooks up to. All of them.
