Food Chopper uses

I have a food chopper similar to this:

It has proven to be an excellent thing. So far, I am fond of throwing arbitrary fruits in there and eating the results with a spoon. I also plan on making some pesto with it, and trying some assorted salsas. I hear it can be used to make sausages and stuff, and I've made some pretty ballin cilantro-lime cucumber chutney-type stuff.

Who else has one of these?

What do you make with it?

What are some good salsa/dip recipes?

    so good for guacamole
    1-2 ripe avocado's
lime juice to taste (aka, lots)
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper, to taste
    blendify
eat with tortilla chips (I really like guac with lime chips, but I'm a citrus junkie)

It's good for vegetables, if you want to avoid the chopping and dicing. In stir-fries, for instance.

It dices too small too quickly to be useful for stir-fries. Then again, I insist on having pieces large enough to be picked up with chopsticks.

I also love the shit out of some lime. Perhaps I'll give guac a try.

Mayo is fun too. Home-made tastes way better (with lots of room for experimentation), is loads cheaper, and super easy.
