    We want you. Have a personal story you're dying to let people hear? Want to hear the sound of your voice on a broadcast? Want to bring the heat to a member of the podcast crew? Then sign up.

    e-mail us at podcast@platformers.net with at least two topics of choice, . We will select the best entrant every week to be the fifth member of the podcast.

    We will be picking the first candidate for next week's (02/17/06) podcast based on the best submission. Please check your e-mail/pm's for response. If we cannot reach you, we will move to the next candidate.

      No, they've just renamed it. Something about unattaching it from the PA name to make it distinct, iirc.

      Hello all, I have been catching up on the podcast. (I'm on the one with Houk, right now.) In a future podcast, do you think you all can talk about games that need a remake/sequel. Basically, this topic comes upon every month or so and I wanted to hear your opinions on whether or not the games that we want sequels to will be good or butchered by those who would attempt to make a sequel/remake.

      I love the fact that you guys didn't want to talk about why Sonic has sucked, but then spend 10 minutes debating that very topic. It's such a fertile topic that you can't extricate yourselves from it.

      Also, as an addition to the cable mess topic, why the hell is the PS3 packaged with composite cables?

      Selling HDMI separately will help them recuperate the $200-240 loss on the hardware.

      Good to see some talk about how it costs at least $25 to get a Wii online if you lack wifi.

      The RSS feed doesn't work.

      Correction: RSS feed works in Google Reader. Does not work in iTunes. Which makes it pretty much useless.

      I wish someone would have told me this earlier. I just hacked up some code based on some tutorials. I don't have iTunes installed, so I never tested it. Can I get a confirm or deny whether it works on iTunes or not? And if not, anyone know what the problem is and what things I'm screwing up on?

      Oh yeah. Episode 8. You can also blame that one on me too...

      Rss Feed is updated. I'll have to do a rewrite soon, you guys have to decide are we totally dropping all naming convension that connects us to the G&T.

      Information you guys mentioned: Wii Wired LAN Adapter is 24.99, will arrive Early november.

      I normally have a hard time understanding spoken english (unless it is in movies/tv, because they talk slowly there), so I always hear the podcast two or three times everytime to get everything.

      But this time, I understood very little, even after several listenings. I also don't know who is who, except for Deacon.

      Can someone post a summary (hopefully in order) of the subjects?

      Imran had problems mainly with volume. He has to eat his mic as you know, for us to hear him right. He just needs to throw down $20 for a decent microphone.

      Though he did get the robot effect which hasn't happened to him before, and Krunch said it was decent, so I didn't think it would go through.

      I think my headset's going out on me. I might have to get a new one.

      It's only giving me sound through the right headphone, so I know at least it's not working there.
