Network help for ps3

Ok so my bro's friend port-forwards a bunch on our router and now my ps3 cannot pass the connect to internet step in the network set-up. I have tried wireless, and with an ethernet cable but so far nothing, i have the router NETGEAR WGR614 v5, and ya just a cable going to the pc and ps3 from there, hopefuly i have just overlooked something but all help is appreciated!

If that doesn't work plug the modem directly into the PS3 and see if it registers. You may just have to adjust your security settings or how many IP addresses your router is giving out.
