First of all, Apotheos gave me this idea.
What about a forum, kind of like the chatlog, where we can move stupid threads. They would be locked so people couldn't post in them anymore, but the person who made them would me immortalized for all to see. Might make people think twice about making stupid threads, or it would cause more stupid threads to be made. Just an idea.

    Why not just, for each forum, pick out a few good examples of a bad thread, and sticky them as an example for the future so the people knew in detail, what is or isn't good? Or put them in the rules...?

    It would only work with legendarily stupid threads. Usually threads that stupid end up looping back around and becoming immortally funny, and thus going in the Chatlog.

    Although I wouldn't mind seeing a collection of lock messages.

    The mods have a trashcan that we dump threads in. I use it mostly for keeping track of sitewhores.

    I really like this idea, even though it's not gonna happen. I always click threads that are locked first. I want to see what made them get locked, it's like going to the fair to watch the hicks.

    It would probably work better if there was some way to change every poster who was "immoritlized" in the forum to "Fucking Asshat" with the title "4 ban". But that's either impossible or too much damn work to really be worth it.
