Zookeepers at Tokyo’s Mutsugoro Okoku zoo presented the hamster whose name means "meal" in Japanese to Aochan as a tasty morsel in October, after the snake refused to eat frozen mice.
But instead of indulging, Aochan decided to make friends with the furry rodent, according to keeper Kazuya Yamamoto. The pair have shared a cage since.
I was talking to a friend who has had heaps of pets and has a license to keep snakes (you need one for most snakes in Australia I think).
He told me a similar story to the one above, except it was about a fish. I can't remember the name of the fish but apparently they're pretty playfull and can get quite depressed if they don't get attention.
Anyway you can feed this type of fish goldfish (not recommended for dietary reasons, but you can). So this guy kept feeding his fish goldfish, until one day it didn't eat one of them and they became friends. So they were chilling for about a year I'm told, just being pals. Until one day the guy fed his fish some more gold fish.
The larger fish ate his smaller friend by accident, having realized what he had done when he saw no more goldfish he went and lay on the bottom of the tank depressed for a week or so.
that dog could probably do a better job than kevin costner

We saw some baby foxes the other day, out by my gramma's house. We were out there for brunch and to help my grandpa get this bronco 2 he bought up to the house, and we drove by this fox den that has kits every year and they were wrestling. it's inside this burm next to the dirt road, and it was adorable as shit.
it's like a small hill on the side of the road where, i guess back when they built the road, they pushed the dirt too, and now it's just sort of a feature of the land.
either side of the road is a ditch, and then a small hill after it. that's a burm.

but what if they are cute?
do you see the problem here?
