No. In fact, I expect the third one to be released before the second one now, for this insolence. You see what you have brought upon yourself?

Aw man, I just read Darleysam's comments on GSW. I thought that was a real comment until I read the name.

Of course, maybe Darleysam's been a troll this whole time and he's breaking out of his shell.

If you get to play as Raiden does that mean we're getting a gay vampire as a love interest/major enemy?

We assume you have two hands, two brain hemispheres and four balls. So what exactly is your excuse for not being able to work on two games at the same time?

As the guy coming in this weekend because his wife was working 'til or past midnight most nights this week, I am unconvinced that a more aggressive schedule is the best possible decision.

Anyway, it's 3 years if you get it in NOVEMBER 2010. Let's see when it actually comes out.

    Agreed.

I'm extremely cynical about marketing (in general, not just ME's), but those videos cracked it out of the fucking park.

Oh, that one on IGN was the first of the two. I want Derek's quote on a shirt. "We need something that when you hit somebody, you kill them a thousand times."

    Wow.

Okay, I'm not looking at anything else. Media blackout.

A couple of little bits we haven't seen before on there, but in all that was great for a teaser. I'm liking what they are saying about the
combat system, making it more hit location dependent and having enemies run away/react to their wounds.

That gun with the Radiation sign on the side and the opening/spinning barrel looked Kickass as well.

And Heavy Weapons? Garrus will end up one shotting entire planets nevermind individual guys!

The view that this is going to be a darker story is also intriguing, maybe a "The Dark Knight" style setup for Shepard and the crew, with a lot of setbacks on the way to the finale.

    Teaser trailer spoiler
The destroyed Normandy clips were brilliant, it really looks like the ship is going to be blown to pieces and you have to escape the wreckage. If I had to put a bet on though, I'd say that will be in the first 15 minutes as an introduction, you'll play as Shepard helping people off the ship/escaping then WHAM - Shepard is "dead."

Its up to your imagination whether that = Introduction to Raiden or a nice Bioware twist.

Takyris, if you talk to the boys upstairs can you get them to confirm that Captain Kirrahae at least has a cameo in 2? :^:

I think the constant theme throughout is how goofy the BioWare employees look when you take stills. Also their colour budget was apparently small enough that they had to choose between the game or the people.

BioWare's offices in Edmonton are actually stuck in the world of that level in Fallout 3, everything is monochrome and Casey sells lemonade outside the front on weekends.

Doesn't strike me as Geth, but definetely semi-robotic and kickass. The letter and numbers system is traditionally Alliance Military. Cereberus doing research on hybrids perhaps?

If Shepard dies in ME2 it's obvious he's going to come back as a borg character in ME3 and be the final boss.

In fact, he's going to flat out bring the borg. You will play Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the U S S Enterprise (that ytmnd song is now stuck in your head FYI) and will stop them with your bald head filled with dangerous tactical secrets.

Speaking of which, why didn't people freak the fuck out when you started shooting off your assault rifle. Is the ME future so dark and jaded that someone running around shooting random shit with their AR is a normal event?
