Out of the corner of your eye, you see the hulking blue-skinned creature appear once more, floating in air, he speaks some unhaerd words and a streak of lightning streaks out at all but Edgil, capturing even one of the trolls in it's crackling electricity. He follows up by swooping over the low wall, landing just short of Dardek, and blasting the party with freezing cold.

Siali, suffering the effects of the cold, jumps into the trees behind her and appears to disappear from sight. Suddenly, a dagger comes flying out from the trees, hitting the troll closest to Edgil in the chest before returning to the trees. The troll grunts, and focuses elsewhere for a second before the same dagger hits him again, this time on the shoulder, and then, just as quickly, returns to the trees.
Siali shakes off the cold and feels her limbs loosen. I hate trolls she thinks as she cracks her knuckles and plans her next move.

Siali jumps out from behind the trees she was next to, and darts to another group of trees, again disappearing from sight. The troll nearest to her notices a rock flying from the treeline, but cannot see where it came from. The rock lands at his feet behind him. As he curiously looks down at it, he feels a vicious sharp pain in his throat.
Siali smiles as the troll falls to its knees and the dagger returns to her hand.

With a roar, Jack brings his sword in a wide arc, delivering the killing blow to the still smoldering troll. The blade cleaving through the skull of the creature, sending half of its face flying through the air, Jack finds himself reinvigorated by the killing blow, and continues the assault.

I am going to be at school for about 8 hours, so I figure I'll post my move now, assuming that Edgil doesn't incinerate them both:
Jack does not care that they keep rising, strike after strike after strike. Only that there is still a target to bring his blade down on.
With a step foward Jack puts his whole body behind one downward cut on the troll, cutting deep and felling the beast, but leaving Jack vulnerable for a few precious seconds.
Edgil makes a mental note to look through his spellbook for more fire-based spells the next time he has a few hours to study. After a few seconds of remembering the other books he was hoping to study, then forgetting which ones he had already read, he remembers the nearby troll, recently risen from apparent death.
"Oh, yes of course," he says as he summons another burst of fire. The troll is consumed, not by much, but just enough to bring it back down to the ground.
"Has anyone seen that mage?" he says as he looks around, "I think he may be dangerous."

We'll just say that as Troll C was the only one left and he'll likely get OA'd to death upon rising that he is kept down long enough for Edgil to set the body on fire.
The trolls fallen, several minutes pass scanning the area for the Oni Mage, but he does not return. Just as you begin to feel he may have gone away, your attention is drawn to some frantic rustling in the bushes.
A battered and disheveled looking Human Man runs out.
"Gods! Thank the gods you came by. They killed my partner! We were on our way to moonstair when they ambushed us!"
He looks around. "Did the big blue one get away? Lets not wait for him to return. We must get out of here immediately!"
"Calm down, man. I'm trying to set fire to what's left of --"
Aziz nearly dropped his flint as Edgil's magic set the Troll's corpse aflame. It wasn't easy to tell when a Dragonborn wasn't keeping a straight face, but Edgil had known Aziz long enough to tell that he was acting gruff while barely containing laughter.
"You watch yourself, wizard! If you weren't so damned useful I'd have fed you to those things!"
He walked over to the panicking human.
"There is no need for alarm, sir. You're in safe keeping with us. Now tell me... what happened, and why were you on your way to Moonstair?"
Nothing Siali thinks to herself as she serches the perimeter for the Troll Mage. That means either he's still here, watching us, or we're going to have to deal with many trolls next time. She let out a sigh of desperation. I'll just have to set them up for Edgil to finish.
As she walks silently through the trees and bushes, she sees Aziz speaking to an injured human. Could it be the mage, masquerading as a helpless traveller? She steps out next to the human, on the opposite side of Aziz.
"Who is your friend, Aziz? And how did he escape the fate of his horse?" she asks, pointing to the desecrated horse corpse.

also, i guess ill roll insight as well, but i doubt it will be successfull. insight about the traveller (1d20+5=20)

Your insight reveals! That he's a traveler, a roughed up one, by the look of it.
"That horse was Derek's. Mine ran off after chucking me into those bushes there. Came to during the fight, but didn't dare show myself. I'm surprised I'm still alive, to be honest."
So is the DM. Minion's only have 1 hp, after all :-p

Built among the ruins of the troll kingdom of Vardar, the
town of Moonstair is a trade outpost that lies at the conf lu

"Siali, how many times have I told you not to be so suspicious? Most people are going through their lives like this man, just minding their own business when things like this happen. And besides, there hasn't been a great number of Trolls near Moonstair in a long..."
Aziz trailed off for a moment. He then looked back at the traveler.
"My good man, I suggest you take the fastest route away from Moonstair. It's not safe there, nor this place, nor anywhere near it. Not for you or anyone else. Do you understand?"
"Well... could I go with you?" the man stammered.
"I'm afraid not."
"W... why?"
"Because my friends and I are going to Moonstair."
My suspicions have kept me alive this long, dragon. Siali looks around in confusion before stepping closer to Aziz. She leans in and asks softly, making sure the already frightened man doesnt hear, "what makes you so nervous about this area, and specifically, this town?
"As you know, we have work in Moonstair," said Aziz, patting his rucksack for emphasis, "but at the moment something concerns me more. You see, Moonstair isn't a new city by any means. It was built on the remains of an ancient one, whose ruins remain to this day. A city that was once a part of the Empire of Vandar...

"Oh, yes of course," he says as he summons another burst of fire. The troll is consumed, not by much, but just enough to bring it back down to the ground.
"Has anyone seen that mage?" he says as he looks around, "I think he may be dangerous."

The trolls fallen, several minutes pass scanning the area for the Oni Mage, but he does not return. Just as you begin to feel he may have gone away, your attention is drawn to some frantic rustling in the bushes.
A battered and disheveled looking Human Man runs out.
"Gods! Thank the gods you came by. They killed my partner! We were on our way to moonstair when they ambushed us!"
He looks around. "Did the big blue one get away? Lets not wait for him to return. We must get out of here immediately!"
Aziz nearly dropped his flint as Edgil's magic set the Troll's corpse aflame. It wasn't easy to tell when a Dragonborn wasn't keeping a straight face, but Edgil had known Aziz long enough to tell that he was acting gruff while barely containing laughter.
"You watch yourself, wizard! If you weren't so damned useful I'd have fed you to those things!"
He walked over to the panicking human.
"There is no need for alarm, sir. You're in safe keeping with us. Now tell me... what happened, and why were you on your way to Moonstair?"
Insight Check to get a sense of the dude's frazzlement, 1d20+4=8 and I suppose that's a big No.

As she walks silently through the trees and bushes, she sees Aziz speaking to an injured human. Could it be the mage, masquerading as a helpless traveller? She steps out next to the human, on the opposite side of Aziz.
"Who is your friend, Aziz? And how did he escape the fate of his horse?" she asks, pointing to the desecrated horse corpse.

"My good man, I suggest you take the fastest route away from Moonstair. It's not safe there, nor this place, nor anywhere near it. Not for you or anyone else. Do you understand?"
"Well... could I go with you?" the man stammered.
"I'm afraid not."
"W... why?"
"Because my friends and I are going to Moonstair."
