Custom 360 avatars?

Can someone please give me a quick walk through on making and using my own avatars for Xbox Live? I've seen people with the Fruit Fucker so I know it's possible.

From what I've gathered I need:

A gold account [check]

A way to make PNG files [check]

A way to upload them [????]


Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

    You can buy icon packs for games, movies, comics, etc. There are a bunch of PA icon packs. They're somewhere on the Marketplace, I wish I could remember the exact path to find them.

    Yeah, there's no way in hell Microsoft would allow people to make their own avatars. That's all they need, another way for people to show pictures of their cocks to little kids playing UNO.

    I thought that you can make personal avatars that only people on your friend list can see, using the XBox vision camera and taking a pic of whatever you want?

    You CAN take pictures with the Live camera and use them as your gamer pic, but only the private gamer pic that is shown to your friends.

    you could feasibly print out for photo, backlight it, then vision cam it. . .

    bonus points if you print it to overhead transfers then use white screen it to get the best color response.

    (talking out of my ass with my most basic of photography knowledge, don't be hatin')
