DVD Creation [Mac]

I need a simple way to create a simple slideshow DVD (with background music), without iDVD. Any suggestions?

Edit: The main problem I have with iDVD is that, to trim space off my hard drive, I removed the iDVD themes. Is there anywhere I can get them again?

    It should be on the install discs your computer came with.
