Look at the right corner. We already know how Bald Bull* looks, so it must be Soda. The guy in downright is most likely Mr. Sandman.
The right corner guy looks like he could easily be Ryan to me. I see no indication of Sandman. In any case that's a terrible picture to try to gain anything from (it's not just all blurry and artifacted on my end, is it?).

EDIT: Had we seen Don Flamenco in action before?

Except that the dude is clearly bald, something that Ryan certainly isn't. :) Furthermore, he has different pants (Ryan's pants are green, red, blue, while this dude's pants are gray). But yeah, picture is horribly blurry. It is from Gamestop email ad, which was in quite small resolution.
I see no indication of Sandman

The guy with black trunks and gloves, and dark skin. Of course, it might be Don Flamenco's title defense form.

I'm going to have to raise my hand and dispute this. We still don't know for sure it's Aran Ryan, all we have to go on are a few seconds of some boxer who might vaguely look like Aran Ryan if you squint real hard and ignore the mustache. He could very well be a new boxer. Also, where did Super Macho Man come from?

As a survivor of years of "dude, this guy is totally in Smash Bros. Brawl!", I know it pays to be skeptical. :P

He has clover on his pants (can be seen for very short while), he does Ryan's trademark rush, and does it with grunt sample that seems to be directly lifted from Super Punch Out. Not to mention that this dude uses colours typically associated with irish.

ESRB rating says that one of the boxers flexes his pectoral muscles as a taunt. Which has always been Super Macho-Man's signature, even during his arcade day.

While that's pretty strong evidence that both of them are in, that's a far cry from "confirmed." The developers could very well have made a brand-new Irish boxer. "Confirmed" means we hear either directly or indirectly from the developers themselves that they're in.

Again, I lived through the Brawl prediction period. It pays to wait and see. Ridley was "confirmed" over and over, as were several dozen characters that aren't inf the final game.

The word "confirmed" gets thrown around a lot, eh?

Character burps -> Soda Popinski confirmed!?
Character seen with green shorts -> Aran Ryan confirmed!?
Character is black -> Mr. Sandman confirmed!?

Really, for right now, the only sure-fire confirmed characters (via the official website) are:
    • Glass Joe
    • Von Kaiser
    • Disco Kid
    • King Hippo
    • Piston Hondo
    • Bear Hugger
    • Great Tiger

Confirmed by name via extended gameplay video or promo material:
    • Bald Bull
    • Don Flamenco

    Other highly speculated fighters:
    • Aran Ryan
    • Mr. Sandman
    • Super Macho Man
    • Soda Popinski

I don't think we'd have to separate out Bald Bull and Don Flamenco since promo material/big-name game site info counts as solid confirmation, but yeah, that works for me. Nothing wrong with saying "Super Macho Man is suggested/speculated to be in the game," but he ain't confirmed yet.
