At least in Dark Messiah of Might & Magic I could just close my eyes (okay I was watching the Let's Play, but still). I don't think I'll be playing this much more with spiders
I have however had the idea of small fires throughout town out of which you could pull burning logs and kill them with fire. This would work much like the TNT does except the burning logs would be on fire and would only explode maybe one time out of fifty.

I know almost nothing about this game other than zombies + cowboys + boomsticks. However, based on this knowledge alone, I have decided that it needs zombies that use lassos made out of their own disemboweled intestines.
Um... stuffed animals? Squirrels? Rabbits (needs to be white and named Caerbannog)? Bits of fluff?

Pretty sure it'll have to use the same animations/bones as the spider so that the client to server stuff didn't get all fucked up, so inanimate would be the best. I'd just parent it to the root bone so it didn't deform weirdly. A stuffed animal rabbit might be nice.

So, I decided to throw this together really quick today. It's a concept I've been trying to talk LaCabra into for a while but he's against it. If we were to do it for real we'd smooth out the bumps and all that but this works as a quick and dirty proof. I wanna know what you guys think:
I think it shows off the map better, makes running zombies down loads more fun, lets you see oncoming obstacles easier, it'd be a blast to see your teammates in the back of the truck shooting at shit and lining up ramps is TONS easier.
