    I bet if you added a quickly done multiplayer, 4 vs. 4, two trucks each, more people would be playing.

    Look at Left 4 Dead. A vast majority of people just play Versus all the time.

    We've been thinking of a new mode which would be two (or possibly three) teams of eight players, each with their own truck. The objective would be to capture (attach to truck) all three objectives and then blow town. You'd be able to steal objectives from other player's trucks, and each objective, while attached to your team's truck, would give you a bonus, like faster nitrous for the generator, tommyguns and ammo resupplying for the crate, and extra health for the booze. Once one team got all the objectives they would be almost, but not quite, unstoppable. I think it would be awesome.

    There would also still be zombies.

    Basically, Team A starts with booze, Team B starts with guns, Team C starts with Nitrous. Using an enemy truck removes all objectives from it so that you can move them to your truck.

    But I'm uh, I don't think I'm allowed to post vids of the stuff I do, it's all very hush hush, working at a mega bucks developer like impromptu games.

    Code-related stuff is holding us up. Basically slapdash is really busy and hasn't been able to get a lot done lately, and that is a problem.

    Great little mod, some funny stuff in it.

    Me and some people in my clan noticed a few bugs with 1.5 though.

    - You can't pick up more ammo from the truck (even when gun is empty), it keeps saying you're full.
    - Health can't be picked up
    - It's hard to get killed
    - Zombies do very little damage to players
    - Zombies can be killed in one hit
    - Missing Textures
    - Server always crashes upon completion of objectives (after truck is loaded into train and train moves into tunnel)

    I'm also hosting a 16 slot dedicated server (the only server in the server list at the moment :/), Server is set up to auto restart every 30 minutes because of the completion of objectives crash. Server computer is going down tomorrow for maintenance, so it will be a few days till its back up. But its up for tonight and part of tomorrow morning.

    I saw a thread on Convict Gaming that indicated that all those bugs except the last two were a problem with their server, which they later fixed. I've certainly never seen any of those happen in games I've played.
    Also, your sig is enormous.

    Also, could you please put the maxplayers on 8? That's how many fit in the truck.

    I'll try disabling Metamod/Sourcemod, see if that fixes the last 2 bugs.

    So, today me and Slapdash attempted to run around in the new map together, since he's yet to see it. But we weren't able to join each other's servers, so...

    3:37 PM - Slapdash: OK lets just do this text-adventure style then
    3:37 PM - Slapdash: so describe the room I'm in
    3:38 PM - Slapdash: > look
    3:38 PM - Lacabra: you are in what appears to be a cramped shack. before you is a lantern and an open crate of TNT. to the south is an exit.
    3:38 PM - Slapdash: > inventory
    3:38 PM - Lacabra: you are carrying a revolver and an axe.
    3:38 PM - Lacabra: also a shotgun.
    3:38 PM - Lacabra: has two barrels.
    3:39 PM - Slapdash: use tnt
    3:39 PM - Lacabra: you pick up the tnt. it is inexplicably lit.
    3:39 PM - Slapdash: throw tnt at door
    3:39 PM - Lacabra: your intuition tells you you have twenty seconds.
    3:39 PM - Lacabra: you throw the tnt outside. twenty seconds later, it explodes.
    3:39 PM - Slapdash: > south
    3:40 PM - Lacabra: you leave the shack and promptly slip over, finding yourself on the surface of a frozen lake or river. it is snowing. there appears to be some kind of a settlement above you, atop a cliff, along which there is a road.
    3:40 PM - Lacabra: there are sheer cliffs to the east and west and nothing of interest to the south.

    3:41 PM - Lacabra: the road is lit by lamp posts without any lights in them.

    3:44 PM - Slapdash: > strike brace with axe
    3:44 PM - Lacabra: your axe cannot quite penetrate this particular timber.

    3:45 PM - Slapdash: south
    3:45 PM - Lacabra: you make your way back to the shack area.

    3:46 PM - Lacabra: you turn south, then, realising that nothing of interest lies that way, turn back to the shack.

    3:47 PM - Lacabra: reaching for the tnt, you are surprised to find that it is not there, since you are not in the shack where you found it earlier on.
    3:47 PM - Slapdash: > enter shack?
    3:48 PM - Lacabra: you enter the shack. it is as cramped as you remember it, but the lantern's warmth is soothing.
    3:48 PM - Slapdash: > take tnt
    3:49 PM - Lacabra: you take the tnt. you note with some surprise that it is already lit, and make a mental note to be more attentive next time.
    3:49 PM - Slapdash: > south
    3:49 PM - Lacabra: you have the strangest feeling that the fuse will last twenty seconds.
    3:49 PM - Lacabra: you leave the shack.
    3:49 PM - Slapdash: > north
    3:49 PM - Lacabra: you follow the road up the cliffside, TNT in hand. you arrive at the boulder with seconds to spare.
    3:50 PM - Slapdash: > throw TNT at brace
    3:50 PM - Lacabra: you throw the TNT at the brace, and stand back with the knowledge of a job well done. it occurs to you that the boulder may have a propensity to roll downhill.
    3:50 PM - Slapdash: > south with haste
    3:51 PM - Lacabra: the TNT explodes and the boulder rolls towards you with more speed than seems necessary. the haste with which you go south is almost not enough, as the boulder deals you a glancing blow on the head, but leaves you alive. staggering to your feet, you consider that the path ahead is now cleared.
    3:52 PM - Slapdash: > north
    3:52 PM - Lacabra: you continue on your path north. rounding a bend, you see a sign: "TOWN OF REVOLVER: It's Quite Peaceful, Actually."
    3:53 PM - Lacabra: beneath the sign a man in a hat lies in a pool of blood. the sight of it on the otherwise clean, white snow unsettles you.
    3:54 PM - Slapdash: > pour out portion of flask on snow for dead homies
    3:55 PM - Lacabra: you reach for your flask, only to find that it is not there. you should have known this, having checked your inventory earlier - perhaps that boulder has given you a concussion.
    3:55 PM - Slapdash: > north
    3:56 PM - Lacabra: you go north, passing beneath the sign. before you is a town. before you can examine it further, you are startled by a noise from behind.
    3:57 PM - Slapdash: > turn around
    3:58 PM - Lacabra: you turn around. the man who lay beneath the town's welcome sign now stands, and strides toward you in a bizarre way. his manner suggests hostility.
    3:58 PM - Slapdash: > fire shotgun at man
    3:59 PM - Lacabra: you unload your shotgun into the man, who keels over, shedding still more blood. you suspect that he shall not rise a second time.
    3:59 PM - Slapdash: ok, that'll have to be the end of the chapter
    4:00 PM - Slapdash: need to go to bed

    I personally love Shotgun Sunrise, from the day I played it to even now.

    I have never seen a mod with such a fine sense of humour. I mean it is really fun to play, The map itself *Shotgun* is so detailed.

    I hope that soon after the next huge update you are planning the game can get a big boost in traffic.

    Again, I know you are a team of three people, and there are a few bugs in the system so to speak. but you really have something great going here, so keep up the fine work.

    I would also love to help in anyway or form if I could however I don't have a lot of modding experience.

    And I would really like to make a map for Shotgun Sunrise but I just don't have the talents for exterior map work, especially on a level of yours.

    But I do want to see this mod succeed, and I know that if you put time into it, it will.
