I've tried signing out, signing back in etc. It's been over half an hour and the dashboard lists me as a gold member, as does my account page on xboxlive.com

The people who really piss me off are those who use a glitch that makes them damn near impossible to kill, then brag about how badly we (the losing team) suck a rather interesting amount of sausagelike objects. Its true that with the party system I rarely have to put up with this, but when the douches in question send voice messages to you it gets annoying. I think I've probably given one positive 'review' and dozens upon dozens of bad reviews (play enough SF4 player matches, and you would too)... I imagine this is how it goes with most people.
I've never bothered to review anyone in a FPS though. Most people just get the mute treatment.

Wow really? I just checked my rep for the first time ever today trying to figure out my problem. Only avoided by 25%, all reports were apparently bad sportsmanship. This surprises me, seeing as how I haven't had my mic hooked up in over a year (thus no trash talking) and I always play by the rules. I've really only played CoD4 online too.
Yeah, I don't get my "aggressiveness" reviews either, considering I'm not an especially aggressive player. I think most of them cropped up after I went on a rampage on Overgrown after no one fell into my carefully set up Claymore trap and I went and slaughtered everyone in the barn. Gotta love my Ninja build.

I have a 0% avoid rate, which is surprising to me. Especially after that round where I though my mic was off (it wasn't) and I spent the whole round complaining about "those faggots" on the other team.

I have 33% for language, which is pretty strange, considering I never use my mic when I'm not in a party, and never send messages to random players beyond 'GG'.
All of my negative reviews, ~30%, are from quiting early. And these can all be attributed to Gears of War 2 and its god damn bullshit. If I used a mic you could probably add another 60% for bad language.

I use negative feedback constantly. Hate playing with jackasses and want to reduce the chances of getting stuck with them.
Use feedback based on skill, unless they do talk shit. You still avoid them, but it does't ding their rep.
It's a decent non-dickass thing to do. Unlike my game-ending HCS&D matches.
I think I've only ever left two Lacks Skill ratings. It sucks that those don't show up because those two really deserve to know how terrible they are. There are very few instances of people who are terrible at the game but not TK'ing, annoying, screaming, or racist.

I do enjoy looking at all the foul language and unsporting ratings I get. Especially since I rarely if ever talk with people I don't know.
