I'm 40% avoided, 20% for unsporting conduct (bad knife kills in BF: BC, none of which were my fault, they all jumped through the door i was knifing), maybe 10% for aggressiveness. ( I never actually get angry/excited at a game. I just end up getting ridiculously lucky and accidentally killing the entire enemy team) and 10% for leaving the game early. seriously. leaving the game early. the only reason i leave games is because I'm either a) sucking or b) fed up with my team acting like dicks. Who has time to go remember who quit the game and actually file a complaint about them? It just seems too fucking trivial.
I remember when the host leaves. If there's 10 other people in your lobby, it's easy to look at recent players and find the 11th one down on that list. If there's a bad connection, I won't bother, but if they're down 500 points and leave, they're just douchehats.

I think this is what it boils down to. I have several "Quit Early" complaints and have only done that in one game: AC4.
most of my complaint filing is done in SF4 so I don't get re-matched with the same guy over and over when they're BAD. I've probably given away 100s of "lacking skill" avoid reviews.

I give every Fagat an unsporting conduct, because I hate him.
I don't understand why my teammates are consistently afraid of the copter; if not afraid, then they just ignore it.
If 4 players on a team of 15 to 20 would just unload a clip at it when it first appears, we could take it out in seconds.
OR, we could be playing sabotage, and I alone go after the copter as it punishes us over and over again. Like last game.
I think the big problem is there's no "reward" for shooting the helicopter (other than, you know... not dying?). Even in WaW you at least get points for shooting dogs. There's like 1 challenge that involves shooting down a helicopter and that's it. Positive reinforcement would go a long way to getting people to shoot the damn thing IMO.
(EDIT) on the other hand, the number of retards who try and shoot down a helicopter with RPG's is totally depressing.

To be fair, it does make logical sense. Use rocket to shoot down flying vehicle.
Really I'd have preferred that RPGs have extra damage against helicopters, and shooting them down garnering you an award twice that of killing a player.
If you got points for shooting down choppers then they would get shot down near instantly and no-one would ever use them since you'd just be handing the other team points.

Now, what if it just gave the experience of killing two players, but didn't count towards the team's score. I think that would be incentive enough.
The good news? There’ll probably be more features. The bad news? You may have to pay for them. Apparently, a survey has been floating around the gaming community with Activision gathering data on how best to proceed. Would you be willing to pay a small fee to have early or exclusive access to game maps, special modes, and advanced tracking tools? That seems to be what they are banking on. According to the survey, this would be optional content added as a paid service to those interested – you wouldn’t have to pay to just play Call of Duty multiplayer.
But more surprisingly, is the rumor of a MMO element that is going to be added into COD4. This might be reality soon since Activision’s Bobby Kotick did hinted at the possibility of a Call of Duty MMO awhile back with this quote from Morgan Stanley Technical Conference.
Also, Kotick pointed out that he is very interested in implementing in-game advertising, which the model of it will most likely resemble Starcraft ladder tournament style.

What.
I can all but guarantee none of that will affect Modern Warfare 2
That's almost certainly all market research for the next game in the series, which I'm sure they're already planning in advance of Modern Warfare 2's tremendous success
So there's really no reason to get upset and throw out incredibly hyperbolic posts about how Activision is the Devil and worse than Hitler and you'll never buy their games again
I'd not expect it to be in MW2 because it's so close to release there's pretty much no chance of this actually mattering to it. Future CoD games? Maybe. It's a direction I dislike the sound of, but not one I'm throwing a fit over until more solid evidence shows it'll be actually implemented (the evidence of this is me not having thrown a fit over it).

Okay? Cool.
I was just heading that shit off at the pass, man, I wasn't accusing you of nothin'
Recently a worker in a Chinese toy factory happened to recognize that what they are producing is the Modern Warfare 2 Night Vision Goggles which will come with the Prestige Edition of Modern Warfare 2. Being a Call of Duty fan himself he decided to take a few snaps.
Even the lowest generation NVGs cost hundreds of dollars. But since these are getting sold with MW2 in bulk pre-orders and getting made in the cheapest possible way, Activision will probably be making money off of it.
Plus they are more likely to be snapped up by kids wanting to sneak around under their beds with the lights off rather than survivalists or the like, so lack of quality is not going to be complained about.

I like giving people the "lacks skill" option, but man I wish it showed up.I dream of making people cry.
yeah I'm sure if we all had a voice like yours kris then we wouldn't have much of an issue either
I should get one of those throat communicators and really rattle people's subs.
There should be porn music playing whenever you talk.
Please, my voice is porn music.
I wonder if I can change my GT to that...

That baby is high quality! Look at those cheeks!
Were people honestly expecting different?
Activision, RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE.
I might sell the baby.
Yeah, they're purely a prop. I'm cool with that.
People buying these are going to be expecting Sam Fisher and ending up with Fisher Price.
