Yet another Name the Game!

Okay I recall this one web game being posted here but I cannot recall a name at all. Basically you were given a stream and had arrows to direct this stream through colored bubbles and it would change/add music and instruments as you progressed and the trouble with the game was finding creative ways to link all of the objective bubbles together and feed them enough of the stream to get them to fill up...

I know someone here has to recognize this concept!
