Recently my girlfriend and I have had a ton more free time and have therefore been having a ton more sex. About a week ago my penis became slightly chafed, we started using more lube and it seems to be helping, however for the last day or two now, I notice a very very slight sensation when I urinate, it doesn't feel so much like painful burning, as just mildly unpleasant. Could this be related to the other issue from just having to much sex, or is this something I should really be worried about. I have never had an STD but I feel like from reading on the internet health sites, that if this was STD related it would be an ungodly strong burning sensation and not something that could be described as mildly unpleasant at its worst.
I have never been to a free clinic, my girlfriend and I both got tested about two months ago when we decided to start sleeping together and were clean, we do also practice safe sex.

Well if you are using a condom, yeah your dick is going to feel a little rough after having lots and lots of sex. Chaffing and whatnot.
About the peeing thing: try to take a day or two off and see if it is still there. If it is wait a little bit longer (might be tough). If you manage to get to about a week or so and it's still weird to pee, then I would start looking for a doctor.
When I was a little kid, I always pretended I was the hero,' Skip said.
'Fuck yeah, me too. What little kid ever pretended to be part of the lynch-mob?'
Yeah. These are incredibly common, nothing to freak out about and can be fixed quite easily with some meds.

Letting a urinary tract infection go is very unwise. It can lead to very bad things happening. Go get checked. It sucks but thats how life is sometimes.

Getting lube in your urethra can cause that, and it's no big deal. Stop using lube, and stop having sex for a couple of days. If it goes away, it was just the lube.
UTIs happen all the time, as mentioned above. I hate to be the guy who says don't see a doctor, but if it's mild burning don't worry about it unless it gets worse. Both partners should urinate and wash after sex to avoid this tiny unpleasant infection. Antibiotics are usually not required. Since you say you are both clean and have been using protection I doubt this is anything worse. Don't go running for the antibiotics every time you get a small illness, whether it be genital related or otherwise. People who do this are only training bacteria to mutate more quickly.
If you wear a condom very tight with not much space for the sperm to be allocated freely, some of it could just be retained and that lead to an infection.
There is a specific medication for treating uretra infections, you would need to abstain from alcohol for at least a week to avoid damage to your liver.

Hear my warnings, unbelievers. We have raised altars in this land so that we may sacrifice you to our gods. There is no hope in opposing the inevitable. Put down your arms, unbelievers, and bow before the forces of Chaos!
I dunno, I've had that before, but just kept having sex. I ended up with additional chaffing, additional pain, and finally it went away. I think it's the natural result of that much friction. Sounds like your house is clean in all other respects, so don't worry.
Plus a lot of times, a mild pain can be from simply a "foreign substance" getting up in your urethra, such as soap, lube, vaginal juices, even underwear lint. Usually it works its way out after a day.
If you've been having sex a lot, like multiple times per day, it could also simply be, essentially, fatigue.
Cranberry juice is not an effective short term treatment for UTIs. All of the studies done on cranberry juice indicate that drinking it long-term (12 months) can reduce the frequency of UTI in women, but that it does not help an active UTI when taken in the short term. If you get frequent UTIs as a MALE, then you have other issues, like an internal fistula or small urinary stones.
This being said, it's likely to be simply normal flora (bacteria that natively lives inside humans) getting into places where it shouldn't (the urethra) from increased frequency of sex. That, and chafing. Slow down, fella!
Another thing to contemplate is a yeast infection. Its just a fungal growth because you let your junk get wet to much, and not dry properly.
Simple solution is to dry your stuff out well (blow dryer) after showers, and wear shorts. If it stays unpleasant then go to the doctor. Or go to the doctor now, and have them figure out your problem. But I agree with the others here: Its either a UTI, or a yeast infection. Yes dudes can get them, yes it sucks, but both are very easy to deal with and go away quickly with proper medical care.

Corn Starch your bits and lay off the sex for a while. No need to invest in baby powder or gold bond medicated powder. The biggest thing is keep em dry and clean. I actually dust up daily because I like the way it feels. You said you're sort of broke, so it should be right up your alley.

edit: I hope you're not one of those kids who know enough to want to have sex, but don't know enough about protection and free clinics.

That is a line of no small genius. I'm totally stealing it.
(Though in this case, I'd probably leave it a few days before doctor bothering)

No, not penis, pennies.

If by "feel" you mean "hurt" and "squeeze" then, yeah :^:
